General Requirements for All Positions 

- A friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanour.  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.  

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.  

Position-Specific Requirements

Front Desk Associate

- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.  

- Proficiency in handling reservations and guest inquiries.  

- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.  

Housekeeping Staff

- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.  

- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.  

- Previous housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required.  

Maintenance Technician  

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.  

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.  

- Experience in hotel or property maintenance preferred.  

Guest Services Specialist

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.  

- Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure a positive outcome.  

- Previous experience in guest services is an advantage.  

Night Auditor

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  

- Ability to perform nightly audits and balance daily transactions.  

- Experience in accounting or night shift operations is a plus.
